Abuse rarely starts loud. It starts with a tone, a comment, a feeling you can’t name. Notice is for the person who feels it, the friend who sees it, and anyone who needs to hear how their words land. Every piece is a reminder to pay attention, because noticing is where change starts. Love shouldn’t hurt.
